Our portal offers tenants a straightforward solution instead of finding guarantors, or having to provide references. We are giving tenants a voice a way to demonstrate that your reliable your trustworthy. We also are extremely excited to be offering a way to track your rent payments to your credit file building your score while you rent.

FEW STEP TO SUCCESS

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1 : Apply

The agent (or landlord) can upload their rental properties to our site, and once they have selected a tenant for their property, can send a link for them to join the portal and apply for the selected property. The tenant can complete the application form and upload any required documents – and can even opt for our add-on services, too!

Step 2 : Manage

After the tenant has been confirmed by the respective agent or landlord, a tenancy agreement is issued, which can then be fully managed through our portal. Our portal acts as a one-stop-shop, with details about the property, landlord and tenant. All new documents and important notifications are also managed through the platform, including notifications for when a tenancy is due to end. Our portal keeps things easy.

Step 3 : Rate

At the end of a tenancy, landlords or agents will provide the tenant with a rating on areas relating to renting, such as paying on time, communication and the standard of property. This will enable tenants to build trust with landlords. Providing full transparency, a complete record of a tenant’s rental history will be viewable on the portal and removes the hassle of lengthy referencing processes. The tenant can also feedback their thoughts too. Simple!
